Automation engineer PLC programming

We supply numerous forward-looking sectors such as LNG & biofuel plants, the food industry and the pharmaceutical industry. For the latter two, we develop and manufacture automated cleaning systems. Classic mechanical engineering meets high-quality process and automation technology, qualified in accordance with GMP and FDA.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated and committed automation technician with experience in programming special systems (m/f/d).
Your TASKS
- Programming of control systems with SIMATIC S7, TIA Portal
- Creating PLC programs for complex process systems
- Creating the process visualization and programming the operating panels (HMI) with TIA Portal and WinCC
- Carrying out commissioning in-house and at our customers' premises
- Creation of hardware and software specifications (HDS / SDS)
- Cross-departmental project work with the design and production departments
- Competent support for our customers
- Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
- Support in the preparation of quotations and calculations
- Support in the creation of documentation
- Participation in acceptance tests (FAT/SAT) and system qualifications (IQ/OQ)
Your profile
- University degree or technician specializing in electrical engineering and automation
- Experience in programming special machines in the field of pharmaceutical systems desirable
- Experience in GMP / GAMP5 and CSV an advantage
- Experience with Profinet and IO interfaces
- Experience in data exchange with OPC server for PLC systems desirable
- Confident handling of Microsoft Office software
- Good knowledge of German, knowledge of English desirable
